At the time Van Damage found himself on the outs with Extreme Associates earlier this year, he had several statements to make regarding the Tiffany Mynx/Brazil affair and other matters pertaining to his status with the company, which are printed below.
But, as the war of words escalated, additional allegations were brought out by Black that Damage was sexually compromising some of the performers at Extreme.
We called Van on this matter. He returned the call, but as the interview began, Gene Ross was interrupted by several additional calls. Damage held the line but was either disconnected or hung up. Ross called him back, ran into a voice mail, and Damage did not return the call.
Black, reacting to a story posted on the Luke Ford website this week, gave the interview seen below. Black waged additional allegations that Van Damage had stolen masters from the company. Damage was, again, contacted for rebuttal, but did not return calls. Neither did Tiffany Mynx.
Van Damage [at the time of his break-up with Extreme Associates - some of the comments will be, obviously, dated]:
"Right now I'm going through the motions, biding my time. It doesn't go fast enough. It's sad to be in this position. I'm an expendable at Extreme Associates, and I guess I should be thankful. People here are making business decisions based on what they read on Luke Ford. Rob Black threw Tiffany out in the street. It was horrible. I'll stick around in the business, but maybe I'll take a vacation and re-think things. Tif gave up so much. We gave up a house because we thought that would help the company. Rob kept telling us, ‘I'm supporting you guys.' Every day I get madder and madder. It's bad.
"They had David Aaron Clark escort Tiffany out of the house [Tom Byron's residence]. This is what you do to people. Tiffany lost her passport [Black says she conveniently lost it]. She was supposed to have gone to Brazil. We didn't know we were supposed to go. We were living chaotic in one-room. [Van Damage and Mynx moved out of a home in Woodland Hills into Tom Byron's house.]
"Maybe Tif's passport got packed in storage. I don't know, but we couldn't find it. Rob went apeshit. He determined that Tif was not a good asset for the company, and none of the business meetings were productive. Now I discover I don't own my own product. They're giving me the same deal as Patrick [Collins]. Rob threw a five-year contract at me. Jesus Christ, what am I, in the military? We were in solidarity at one time. I liked it the way it used to be. We laughed and we had fun. I'm mild mannered, and I don't know where all this is coming from. Now I'm not part of Extreme. I just want some money to re-evaluate my life. I don't have a dime in my pocket. Tif and I are not living together. She's staying with an editor, sleeping on a futon. We're waiting for an apartment.
"Rob told me to leave her, that she would bring me down, that she was a lazy girl and unthankful. He told me she's a loser. Then he turns around and says he's going to fire me and keep her. Rob was mad at me from the time of the CES Show. And Tif was never paid a dime for Asswoman. [Black claims she was]. It was all volunteer work. She was never paid a penny. The credit card fiasco was coming out of her pay. Rob was also convinced that Tif was talking to Luke Ford and wreaking havoc. Yeah, right, she's talking to Ford, creating chaos. Ford called me once. I said, ‘You're that cocksucker,' and hung up on him. I don't give that guy the time of day."
