VCX President Skydives for Charity

LAS VEGAS - VCX president David Sutton helped raise $1,000 for homeless and at-risk children in the Las Vegas Valley in a skydiving fundraiser organized by the Sin City Chamber of Commerce.

Sutton and adult starlet Goldie Sparxxx were among the first divers to jump in the charity event, held May 18 to benefit The Corps of Compassion. As a sponsor, VCX.com contributed $2,300 to the cause.

"We are very proud to be a part of the SCCC and to have taken part in this truly amazing event for such a wonderful cause," said Sutton. "It was a thrilling day and it is even more thrilling to know that the Corps of Compassion will benefit."

The Corps of Compassion began as an assistance organization for victims of Hurricane Katrina, helping approximately 2,000 displaced Louisiana residents relocate to Las Vegas. The Corps has since extended its efforts toward eradicating hunger in Las Vegas and the surrounding areas.

"David is one of the reasons the Chamber is a wonderful place to do business," said SCCC director of corporate giving Erika Napoletano. "David and the rest of the SCCC skydivers did a wonderful thing by contributing their time and risking their lives for the Corps of Compassion."
