LAS VEGAS – Classic adult distributor, VCX, returns to feature movie production with the signing of a multi-picture deal with Roy Karch Productions.
Award winning director Roy Karch will helm the deal's movies. The AVN Hall of Famer is no stranger to VCX, having helmed several films for former VCX head Rudy Sutton in the late '80s. The deal also marks VCX's return to producing feature films.
“We began a talent search in the summer and shooting begins this month,” David Sutton, VCX president and son of Rudy Sutton, said. “It's time to reinvigorate the company and produce new classics for the enjoyment of our fans. Our movies are known for production values, attention to details and skillfully crafted story lines. All those factors are integral to each title's sex scenes, cast with the top talent in the business, and will be carried over to our new movies.”
Describing the deal as a perfect match, Karch said Sutton shares his father's dedication to producing classics. “I remember Rudy and his passion for putting out a complete quality feature production. Dave is no different; he has a unique vision as well as the means and motivation to realize it. The two of us are dedicated to making porn fun again. We're both extremely happy, excited and confident about the future of VCX.”
