Classic film company VCX is now the exclusive distributor of the first of famed director Cecil Howard's Command Cinema titles, to be released on DVD: Babylon Pink and Neon Nights, both winners of numerous adult industry awards.
Up until now, Howard’s Command Cinema titles were only available on VHS format.
“Never before has any classic adult title ever been given the kind of treatment as these two films,” enthused VCX president David Sutton.
“Not only has the transfer been painstakingly done from a pristine, 35MM negative, the original wide-screen format of the film has been preserved and the sound, in an incredible 5.1 digital stereo surround format has to be heard to be believed, [all this put together] should make these the most well-received titles in the history of the ‘Golden Age of Adult Cinema.’”
A bonus disc included with each feature contains interviews, never-before-seen outtakes, and photo galleries from the production sets, as well as the cable versions of each feature.
“[These titles are] a must have for any discerning collector,” Sutton said.
VCX is scheduled to receive its first shipment of the titles this week.
