On June 24th VCA Pictures will release the much anticipated Bad Influence, starring Dick Smothers Jr., son of one half of the famed comedy duo The Smother Brothers.
When the National Enquirer broke the news of his involvement in an adult video Smothers Jr. became a media sensation, appearing on The Howard Stern Show, CNN, MSNBC, and countless newspaper interviews from across the nation.
Loosely based on the film classic The Graduate, Bad Influence, director Cash Markman recruited Ona Zee to come off a three-year retirement to play Mrs. Wilkinson, the equivalent of Mrs. Robinson. Smothers' plays the role of Dustin, the young man who is seduced by an older woman.
It was Zee who had suggested Smothers Jr. , who had PA'd for her on a project she had directed, for the part.
Bad Influence is Dick Smothers Jr. first ever adult movie. He has since starred in several other titles yet to be released.
Smothers Jr. will be supporting the release by signing for VCA at Erotica LA.
