Update to ECVS Cinnabunz story

Christian Mann reports: "Hello Gene: Here's the update to the Cinnabunz story since last we spoke: After having missed her booth appearance on Wednesday due to the issues we discussed, Cinnabunz contacted me late (very late) Wednesday night to say that she wanted to discuss her complaints, but more importantly wanted to sign at GVA's booth on Thursday (as scheduled) and fulfill her appearance obligations at the Excitement Video stores Afro-Centric Special in Philadelphia on Friday and Saturday.

"Since the appearances culminated with three lucky Philadelphia fans winning an all expense paid date with Cinnabunz (as well as Crystal Knight and India), and since Cinnabunz was seen and heard all through the City of Brotha-ly Love promoting the appearance in radio and print ads, she didn't want to let the fans down over issues that didn't mandate the canceling of the whole appearance tour. So, once Cinnabunz realized she was getting the 'standard deal' (none of the talent signing at IVD or GVA gets a 'cut' of the tape sales, and the Polaroid dollar split applies to all in- store appearances at Excitement, PA) and upon further reflection on the need to live by commitments, I'm happy to say Ms. Bunz rejoined the Afro-Centric East Coast Tour and in fact participated in the biggest appearance ever staged at the Excitement Stores.

"Word has it the Afro-Centric girls broke records for number of Polaroids sold and had a great time in Excitement's first "Win-A-Date" promotion. Bottom line: Cinnabunz got back (to work) or 'We can all get along' (to paraphrase the great Rodney King). Please feel free to check da facts wit the folks at Excitement, PA or Ms. Bunz her own bad self..."
