Francis E, Brazell of northeast Philadelphia has been arrested and charge by police for running an Internet call girl operation that, allegedly, employs underage females. Brazell has been arraigned on charges of prostitution and related offenses, criminal conspiracy and corruption of minors. An investigation into Philadelphia area escort services led authorities to Robin's Nest Escort Service which advertised the services of male and female escorts on a Web site. The advertisement claimed all the escorts were of legal age. Two undercover state troopers called the service April 12, and a woman who answered the telephone directed the officers to its Web site, "TheNest4you.com."
The troopers contacted Robin's Nest Escorts and were told that the available women could be reviewed at the Web site. They set up a meeting, and two girls showed up at the hotel room at the appointed hour where they agreed to oral sex for $500 at the officers' hotel room at the Marriott West Hotel last Friday. According to police, after the young women were arrested they told the troopers they were each 17 years old. They also told police that they worked for Brazell, who was given part of their earnings. The officers arrested Brazell around 11:30 p.m. that evening when he arrived at the hotel to pick up the girls. Brazell faces a maximum of seven years in prison if convicted.The two teenage girls were charged with prostitution and will be tried as juveniles, according to police. The Web site has been removed from the Internet.
