In the wake of last weeks stories, Tyce Bune sent the following letter to Bo Smith of LGI:
"Dear Bo, John Kenney, Zone Contact, & Shannon Biggs,
I am respectfully writing to you, letting you know where you may release my web site domain tycebune.com. Enclosed with this letter is a check in the amount of $70 made out to LGI paying for the registration of my name, in which I never signed any agreements for you to do.
If you will notice, the Registrant is listed as Dusk til' Dawn Productions, LLC which is my company. Please, without delay, release my web domain to Orange County Web Services, the administrative contact would be Jim Bennett. I have signed a formal contract with Mr. Bennett and OCWS to build and maintain the web site tycebune.com. Please feel free to contact me at the above number any time for problems that might delay a quick transfer. Enclosed with this letter is information about OCWS and where the web domain may be sent. Thank you for your speedy assistance in this matter, Tyce Bune."
P.S. This letter is preceded with a detailed FAX.
