KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - A Tennessee highway trooper was placed on paid leave this week after porn star Barbie Cummings wrote about giving him oral sex on her website.
According to Cummings, a contract girl for BlacksOnBlondes.com, the alleged incident took place on May 6 after Moss pulled her over for speeding. Moss reportedly boasted about the incident to co-workers, who filed an internal complaint that led to his suspension.
Cummings recounted the experience in explicit detail in her May 7 blog. "This event is almost unbelievable," she wrote. "But I haven't lied about anything so far, so believe what you want."
According to Cummings, Moss discovered liquor and prescription pills in her car and began questioning her. When Cummings told the officer of her porn career, Moss allegedly said he "wished he had gotten into that industry."
Cummings claims that she and Moss then watched videos from her website on a laptop computer in Moss' patrol car.
"He takes the hand full [sic] of pills and scatters them in the brush next to the interstate," Cummings wrote. "Then he asks me, what does it cost for someone like me to get anything like you?"
"We moved to the back of the car, cause he didn't want to take the chance of anyone pulling in," Cummings wrote. "We were in the middle of nowhere, and it was 3 am-ish, there was no one to be found. Either way, he wanted to be safe. So, behind his cop car I sucked his dick squatting with my shirt up and my tits out. He asked me if he could take photos, I said yes, only if I can have them, he said okay. He even made little videos too."
Highway Patrol spokesman Mike Browning told the AP that investigators have interviewed Cummings and could not confirm whether Cummings gave the Highway Patrol pictures or video, but he said Moss did have a video camera in his car.
Cummings blames the officer for his indiscretion.
"This police officer went ahead and told (all) of his co-workers, other police officers, and was bragging about it," Cummings wrote. "He isn't in trouble because of the act itself, but that he chose to let it happen while he was on duty. There was no bribing, no (coercing) or convincing."
