Trisha Uptown told AVN.com she is a free agent again after completing a one-year performance contract with Maximum Grind/Don Goo.
The adult film star and feature dancer said she would like to pursue another contract, but in the interim is available for freelance girl/girl scenes.
“It was a good experience to start out with. They treated me very well,” Uptown said from her home in Covington, Ky., near Cincinnati. “They gave me medical insurance, and paid me very well for a girl/girl contract. I just wanted to branch out and do other things, do feature films. They were really cool about it. They plan on still using me for other things. We left on great terms.”
Uptown performed g/g scenes in four videos for Maximum Grind/Don Goo, including Trisha’s Bitches 1- 2, The Whore Who Fucked Me and most recently Trisha’s Black Bitches. Prior to that, she appeared in a handful of videos such as Pleasure Productions’ Naughty Nights 3 as she started her adult video career. Uptown has been in adult entertainment for seven years, building a fan base primarily from Internet modeling, feature dancing and her Website (trishauptown.com) until venturing into girl/girl performing about a year and a half ago. She also used her voice for the X-rated anime feature Karakuri Ninja Girl for NuTech.
“I’m hoping to get another contract,” she said. “I’m looking at management right now and talking to a couple people.”
Uptown also has some exclusive toys called Trisha’s Titanium Line through Rachel’s Pleasures, and her deal is pending renewal.
Her next feature dates are July 21-23 at Alex’s of Stoughton in Stoughton, Mass., and then she plans to appear at Internext, Aug. 5-7 in Hollywood, Fla., on behalf of her website. She said that living over 2,000 miles away from Porn Valley “keeps me level-headed and grounded.”
“I live out in the middle of nowhere, and where I’m located in the Midwest, it’s kind of central and it’s in driving distance to a number of clubs, so I like doing that a lot,” Uptown said.
