- I'm back from Internext ?03 and feeling all right. The whole shindig was a blast and it was so great to see old friends and make a few new ones along the way (hi Michelle - I still have your Yankees baseball cap). Chilling on the couch with YNOT Bob during the radio show was so cool as was making time with the beautiful babies at the Circle Bar in Venetian Hotel. rnrn

As much I seethe about the influx of reality programming infecting TV today, I wholeheartedly admit to liking "The Bachelorette." That Trista is F-I-N-E fine. Let's all start to think about what show on the E Network she'll be hosting next year. I'm not really sure exactly why I like the show, but I'm hooked. I've said it from Day One and my pick to win it (I mean, marry Trista) is Charlie. Speaking of music, a lot of people (including me) have a heavy heart this week upon hearing the news of Maurice Gibb's passing on Sunday in Miami, Fl. The Bee Gees legacy in popular music history is secure as a best-selling group that weathered various ups and downs (along with some damn fine tunes) over a 40-year career. Sure, there have been times when it was fashionable to mock the band, especially in the post-Disco era, but lest us never forget; they left an indelible mark on pop music/pop culture history with the 1977 release of "Saturday Night Fever," the soundtrack to the John Travolta film of the same name. If you don't want to shake your butt and get on the dance floor when "Stayin? Alive" starts playing, you've got issues, baby. rnrnrn
