Johnny Toxic looked none the worse for wear. Toxic was escorted out of the Atlantic City Convention Center Tuesday afternoon after a verbal exchange with a security guard over a badge prompted his ouster from the premises. This is what he had to say.
Toxic: "I was wearing a straight jacket and was completely assaulted by security for no reason. The photographer [Greg Blank for Mystic Productions] had a pass on and they wouldn't let him in. I was telling them to let him in. They told me to shut up and started throwing me around while my hands were handcuffed behind my back. I got welts all over my arms. I got witnesses from Dirty Bob to four or five others. I have pictures taken by Greg Blank. I'm pretty pissed off about the whole thing. The [security] guy tried to say he was an undercover cop and had permission and had the right to throw me around while I was handcuffed by my straight jacket. I've called my attorney back in LA. I have a major lawsuit against this place and the security department. I'm going to own this place.
