Mercenary Pictures and Black Viking Pictures director Tina Tyler will hit the microphones of Internet and satellite radio this week in search of porn's next studs to feature on her website, guyspopby.com.
Tyler is scheduled to go on KSEX radio's "The Wanker Show" on Monday at 7:30 p.m. and Playboy Radio's "Night Calls" on Sirius Satellite Radio on Wednesday, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Tyler launched the male search last week, and said she's been very happy with the response. "Everyone I've spoken to loves the reality aspect of guyspopby.com. But women love the idea that after I interview these new guys, they show off for the camera, and that the site's members chooses a winner every other month who does a full boy/girl scene as well as a personal introduction to the top adult talent agencies."
Working with the same seven males gets old, added Tyler, a former performer. She said she also knows the ladies in front of the camera will appreciate a crop of new guys the way the men appreciate the steady flow of new women who enter the industry.
"It used to be that a guy needed to come into the business with a good looking girl to get work, but all they need to take a shot at porno stardom is to e-mail me a photo at [email protected]," Tyler said. "The adult industry is a great place for men and women with a healthy approach to sexuality to make a living."
