LOS ANGELES—AVN Award-winning actor Thomas Ward, who is a professional comedian, will be hosting the monthly comedy showcase "The Big Ass Comedy Show" this Wednesday at the Hollywood Studio Bar & Grill. He'll be joined by porn star Brittany Blaze, who will co-host the evening.
"The Big Ass Comedy Show" features comedians from HBO, Comedy Central, Showtime and TV One.
Ward in January won the AVN Award for Best Non-Sex Performance for his role in X-Play/Hustler's Not the Cosbys XXX. He reprises his lead role in the sequel which was recently released.
"I'm so glad to bring everyone together again for another comedy showcase this Wednesday. The premier 'Big Ass Comedy Show' drew much more of an adult and mainstream industry crowd than I'd anticipated," Ward said. "It was really great to have the support of adult and mainstream stars that night, and I hope that this Wednesday show will be bigger and better than the first."
Doors for "The Big Ass Comedy Show open at 8 p.m. and admission is free before 8:30 p.m. (otherwise there is a $10 cover).
