"There's nothing I could say at the time," said Black

Rob Black says he'll be ready to begin commenting this week on geneross.com regarding the controversial lawsuit involving himself, Tom Byron Productions, and attorney/accountant Mike Daniels.

"There's nothing I could say at the time," said Black. I wasn't going to get into a pissing match with Daniels until we settled it. But I think we're going to court with it, now. At least that's what [my attorney] tells me. We were going to settle, but we've formulated a better plan."

Black signs the lease papers today for the new Extreme Associates headquarters which will be located in Van Nuys.

Black: "And who is this Kid Vegas? Is he someone trying to make movies? We're sitting at the XRCO and all these people are bitching about Kid Vegas. I asked Tommy. Tommy said, 'I don't know.' Has he made a movie? Kid Vegas...you got all the fucking characters."

Jon Dough and Monique DeMoan just shot their first scene for Extreme Associates last Friday. The scene will appear in Lizzie Borden's House of Whores.
