The rift between Mad Jack - Damon Younger-Charm Productions continues

Damon Younger-Charm Productions continues. Mad Jack called to say that he was getting his hands on the statement made last Friday on this site by former partner Damon Younger and would comment further. In the meantime, Jack had this to say: "Let me tell you something and you might want to throw on there and you can verify this through Catalina [Younger's ex]. He [Younger] was in California. I was here. He'd come every couple of weeks. When we started this whole deal, the agreement was made, that if bills needed to be paid, I would verify anything with him before. [Younger charges Mad Jack with writing 42 checks that Younger was unaware of.]

Mad Jack: "The $700 in phone bills we had - if you ask him to look at the phone bills, you'll see that about 90% of them were to Morro Bay in California to discuss what we needed to do with him. [Younger claims Jack ran up the phone bills trying to sweet talk the ladies into being his sugar mammas.] Ask him to show you the phone bills. You can see almost all the calls were made to his house. Hours and hours spent on the phone. The only checks that I wrote were to pay bills, to buy tape and buy film - stuff that he could not do from California because he was trying to sell his house. Catalina said she'd be more than happy to testify in court that he [Younger] said yes, 'you can sign my name' on these checks. I didn't do anything without his permission. I didn't write myself checks. I certainly didn't do 40 of them. There might be 10 all and all. That's it. Any other checks he signed. This is going to be real funny if he thinks he's going to prosecute me for this. In reality, a signature will speak for itself. I did not do that, and this [a website] is the only way I can defend myself. I'm now working a regular job because of the halfway house. [Mad Jack is saying Younger ratted out on him to his parole people.]
