Adult DVD Empire says it has released the first ever high-definition adult Video-on-Demand download available to consumers, a scene from Digital Playground's Island Fever 3 starring Jesse Jane.
“This is a huge step forward in adult VoD,” said director of adult operations Mike Barry, announcing the download. “We’re excited to be the exclusive host of this groundbreaking VoD release, and were pleased to be teamed up with Digital Playground on this project.
"High-definition content is going to become very important over the next few years," Barry continued, "and being on the forefront of technology has always been a core business strategy for us.”
Island Fever 3 has held down the top slot on the Empire's best-seller list since its DVD release.
If you want to see the high-definition download, you can buy unlimited access for 30 days for $14.95. The large size of the file means you'll have to download it to your hard drive and view it from there, the Empire said.
