Teri Hess' lawsuit against The Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills will have to wait perhaps another 90 days. Hess' trial was supposed to begin next Monday, November 29, but both sides wanted to get more depositions. Hess, the former owner of the now-defunct Dechtar, was allegedly beaten up by the hotel's security.
"A little more of the same shit," Hess said. "Both sides agreed to an additional time period. The final hearing conference was last Friday and it would have gone to trial, but a couple of private detectives had made statements and they want them converted to depositions. We thought we had enough stuff."
