DVD orders for were higher than anticipated for Krystal Method, Krystal Steal’s first feature as a ClubJenna exclusive, causing a temporary shortage in supply that has already been amended.
“What can you say, I replicated 15 thousand copies of the title and they were gone within 2 days,” Howard Levine, national sales manager for Vivid Entertainment, told AVN.com.
LFP Distribution sends orders to the furthermost retail locations first, so East Coast distributors should already have their product, and everyone else should still have their product by the December 15 street date despite the higher than expected demand.
“I don’t want anyone to think that they won’t have it in time for street date. I’ve already ordered another ten thousand and I’ve been promised that they will be on hand in time for street,” Levine said.
23 thousand DVDs of Krystal Method have been ordered to date. “I’m not even talking about VHS either,” Levine added.
