Telliss Expands Live Operator Center

Integrated communications provider Telliss has announced the expansion of its live operator center, Tellis Billing, to Salt Lake City, Utah.

Telliss Billing, which also has a live operator center in Fishers, Indiana, is a certified IXC provider that aims to increase collection rates through billing by local telephone companies. Telliss conducts consistently high call volume on a daily basis to domestic and international locations, through a per-minute rate or one set price per month. Telliss also provides billing for LEC, Direct 900, 10-10-XXX access, chat and entertainment services.

Telliss also processes call records for residential and commercial long distance calls that are direct dialed using their long distance services or those from another carrier.

“Because LEC Billing accepts 4,250 records, clients will be able to bill their customers monthly at a set amount for their services, thus allowing them to know their expected revenue based on the number of accounts billed,” said Terry Ballantini, president and CEO. “Telliss Billing can also generate payments after receivables and procreate daily and hourly reports.”

Telliss live operators have the capability of limiting and blocking calls if necessary, and can assist customers with their payments through credit card, debit card, checks or LEC billing options.
