The case of a Wisconsin high school teacher who was fired in January for viewing explicit sex photos on his computer has been passed on to the state’s Supreme Court.
The state appeals court asked the high court to decide on the matter of Cedarburg High School instructor Robert Zellner’s attempt to block the release of some 1,500 pornographic images, the Milkwaukee Journal-Sentinel reported this afternoon. The newspaper had requested access to the images as a matter of public record.
