TMZ: Kardashians Suing Hustler Over Porn Spoof

LOS ANGELES - According to TMZ, celebutante Kim Kardashian and family are taking legal action against Hustler over the parody Keeping it Up For the KardASSians.

The porn spoof of the Kardashian's family's E! network reality series stars Veronica Rayne as Kim and Nikki Hunter as her Mom, Kris Jenner.

"We're also told the people at E! Entertainment are also considering their legal options," the site reports. "It might be because the signature 'whistly theme song' in the porno sounds awfully similar to the one in the show."

Kim Kardashian sued Vivid in a failed attempt to block the release of her celebrity sex tape in 2007. The release of the sex tape Kim Kardashian Superstar preceded the E! series.

Kim's sex-tape co-star Ray J also scored a reality show following his 15 minutes of porn infamy. VH1's For the Love of Ray J featured Urban X Awards founder Giana Taylor under the name "Stilts".

Producer Jordan Septo of adult studio Venom released a spoof called Getting It Up with the Kardashians through distributor Juicy in 2007. Starred Audrey Bitoni as Kim, the movie was advertised at the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo and hit the market without legal repercussions.
