THIS TIME, CHRISTI SUES LUKE

Christi Lake \nENCINO, CA - Christi Lake is now part of the sue-Luke sisterhood. The adult film star is suing Internet porn gossip Luke Ford for posting photographs of a woman having sex with a dog and claiming the woman resembled Lake - who's known as an outspoken opponent of bestiality and other "non-lawful" porn images

Lake's defamation and slander suit stems from a late September posting on Ford's Web site. The item in question was titled "Christy Lake Bestiality". According to the action filed by her attorney, Allan Gelbard, the woman in the photographs was unknown, but Ford said in the piece that she "looked like" Lake.

Lake says she didn't even know about the posting until she was inundated with e-mails from fans and checked the posting for herself. "I'm hurt and saddened that (Ford) would even attempt to link my name to such an atrocity," the lawsuit filing quotes her as saying. "I would never consider such an act, nor do I condone it from others." She then demanded Ford apologize within 48 hours or face legal action.

This is the second lawsuit with which Ford's been hit this month. Last week, Laurie Holmes - who was already suing former friend William Amerson for calling her a hooker in a documentary film about her late husband, porn legend John Holmes - sued Ford for posting those comments on his Web site. California law defines as libelous saying someone committed a crime they never committed.

"(She's) heavily involved in political activism," the filing says of Lake. "(She) has…promote(d) and protect(ed) the First Amendment and personal privacy rights of adults who wish to participate in and/or receive lawful adult-oriented goods and services. (She) has publicly spoken out against child pornography, bestiality, and non-consensual sexual entertainment."
