Suze Randall Productions has digitally enhanced the 1983 film Stud Hunters to bring out the quality of the original on their re-issue of the classic adult title.
Starring Joanna Storm and 18-year-old Debi Diamond in her first hardcore scene, Stud Hunters tells the torrid tale of a female photographer, played by Misty Mallory, who sends her models scouring Los Angeles for porn studs.
“Stud Hunters really put me on the map as a director,” Suze Randall recalls. “It was a novel concept at the time, you know, girls hunting down men for porn. It got featured on a lot of national radio shows.”
“The hottest hunk-hound of the lot turns out to be a blonde, 19-year-old Swedish beauty called Pippy Anderson,” Randall said. “Pippy, who was a guest in my house at the time, actually used to go out almost every night to do some stud hunting of her own.
“She shows off all her erotic talents in the movie’s climax where she takes on five sweaty studs in a gym and leaves them all broken men. Now that was a mind boggling achievement that has to be seen to be believed!”
Stud Hunters streets November 15.
