Sunny Leone Makes AskMen.com Top 99 Most Desirable Women

NEW YORK—Online magazine AakMen.com has unveiled its annual list of the Top 99 Most Desirable Women for 2012, and one adult star made the list—the one and only Sunny Leone. Truth be told, the Vivid Girl's world-class beauty alone qualifies her to be on the list, even if it was her recent appearance on the popular Indian reality show Bigg Boss 5 that seemed to open the AskMen editors’ eyes to Leone’s inner qualities and justify her inclusion in the Top 99.

“Indo-Canadian porn star Sunny Leone was introduced to the reality show Bigg Boss 5 (the Indian version of Big Brother) in order to spice things up,” they wrote, explaining how Leone made the No. 82 spot. “But her time on Bigg Boss also allowed the former Penthouse "Pet of the Year" to prove there's much more to her than the usual porn-star cliches. Confident and fun, the sexiest reality star in recent memory has shown she's just as impressive with her clothes on as off, and has guys both in India and abroad wishing for a new housemate of their own.”

Of course, none of this is a surprise to those who have watched Leone develop from a fresh-faced Penthouse Pet in 2003 into a statuesque and self-assured woman whose ascent in the adult entertainment industry now seems to be just the first step in a multi-faceted career that knows no limitations.

In addition to her star turn on Bigg Boss 5, and probably because of it, award-winning Indian filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt has tapped Leone for a leading role in a sequel to the 2003 smash hit, Jism. The sequel, Jism 2, which despite its title is not X-rated and will contain no explicit sex scenes, starts shooting in March. According to recent news reports, Leone is taking Hindu lessons and working out in the gym to make sure she is in top linguistic and physical shape for the movie.

In the meantime, tens of millions of men are currently feasting their eyes on Sunny Leone on the website of AskMen.com, which last year included former porn star Sasha Grey on the Top 99 list.

Unlike Grey, Leone has not indicated that she plans to jettison her established adult career as a performer and company owner in favor of her burgeoning mainstream career … yet! The fact is, the recent co-host of the 2012 AVN Awards seems to be handling both with a poise and sense of purpose that even the cool-and-collected Ms. Grey would have to admire.
