Stagliano's Fashionistas Makes Headlines

John’s Stagliano’s Las Vegas performance show, Fashionistas, based on the adult title of the same name about a love triangle centering on a European designer, has been making news since it’s inception in late 2004 at the Desert Passage Mall in the Aladdin.

The AVN Hall of Fame director and Evil Angel owner's use of sadomasasochistic visuals has both shocked and delighted critics and audiences, but understandably, made the performance a lightning rod for all sorts of varied opinion.

In Sunday's edition of the Los Angeles Times "Calendar" section, writer Richard Abowitz discusses the trials and tribulations that Stagliano has had to go through to keep his sophisticated and aggressive Las Vegas performance afloat, talking to, among others, Stagliano and AVN Editor in Chief Mike Ramone.
