St. Playboy Girl

St. Pauli Girl likes to promote itself as Germany's "fun loving beer." In fact, it's the perfect beer for a playmate - or Playmate, as in Playboy's Playmate of the Month for August 1998, who is now serving fun loving time as the Y2K St. Pauli Girl girl.

However, if you don't have your entries in to win a lunch date with Angela Little by the end of the day April 28, well, the only way you can have your St. Pauli Girl is from the bottle.

Little, who often says she'd like a film career in front of and behind the camera, isn't exactly an unfamiliar face otherwise. Since her Playmate appearance, Little has been featured in the November/December 1999 edition of the Playboy Book of Lingerie, and has also had roles in Oliver Stone's Any Given Sunday and USA Networks' Hefner: Unauthorized.

She's the second Playboy girl to be featured as a St. Pauli Girl poster girl. The posters began back in 1980-81. Jaime Bergman was the 1999 poster girl.

St. Pauli Girl beer has been brewed for 122 years, but in the past two decades the German beer has taken on a "fun" image, which once seemed brazen compared to what many perceive as traditional impressions conveyed by German brewing.

Little's St. Pauli Girl poster features both the beer's image and the famed Playboy Rabbit logo.
