Spice Studios will be releasing a DVD version of the 2006 season of Playboy TV’s reality series, “Jenna’s American Sex Star.” Spice Studios said that the DVD will offer over four hours of footage, and feature over 15 new starlets vying for an exclusive Club Jenna contract.
AVN Hall of Famer Jenna Jameson began her initial search last fall, and Brea Bennett emerged the winner on Jan. 20, beating out finalists Tiffany Taylor, Michelle Maylene and Lacie Heart. Bennett was awarded a one-year exclusive contract with Club Jenna for winning the competition.
Gene Simmons served as an impromptu judge, along with regular judges Ron Jeremy, Christy Canyon and Jim Powers.
"Jenna's American Sex Star" premiered on Playboy TV November 4, and each one-hour episode was broadcast live before a studio audience with an online voting system to pick the best of four aspiring adult starlets per episode.
A new season of the television series premiered on Playboy TV on July 7, and the station will be airing successive episodes every Friday, throughout the month of July.
