But cash flow from these sources can be unpredictable. Besides, Lisa Brand, 34, and Tommy Barnes, 36, of Macclesfield, England, needed the money up front to fund their dream wedding in Mexico.
So they took a modern approach to the problem and started creating and selling their own pornographic videos.
The Sun reported Wednesday that they have thus far earned 1,300 pounds (more than $2,000 U.S. dollars) from three projects. They need to shoot four more in order to fully cover their June wedding in Cancun.
So far the camera-happy Brits have delved into role-playing (photographer/lingerie model), a threesome scene and very light BDSM (wax dripping, paddle swatting). No word on what lies ahead.
Why aren’t their families helping? Perhaps it’s the fact that Brand and Barnes already have four children together. Isn’t it the promise of grandchildren that lessens the pain of those wedding bills?
