Smoke Signals Opens Affiliate Program

Online smoking fetish purveyors Smoke Signals have launched an affiliate program.

The SmokeCash.com program encompasses both of the company’s sites, recently-launched SmokingBabes.com and SexySmokers.com, which was previously housed at FlyntDigital and before that, ARS.

SexySmokers.com was first opened in 1999 and Smoke Signals has always produced all of its content, despite its earlier affiliations. Now, they’ve finally brought it completely under their roof.

“The climate in adult right now is not the same as it used to be, in terms of large programs partnering on sites that they don’t have total control over – so it seemed to make the most sense to bring Sexy Smokers in-house, combine it with another site and open our own program,” Smoke Signals CEO Mike Smoke told AVNOnline.com.

Smoke also thought that starting the affiliate program would help differentiate between his company’s singular focus when compared to other companies that have opened similar sites.

“We thought it made sense, in order to highlight our sites as being different than the rest. A lot of programs opened their own smoking sites after we opened Sexy Smokers and for most of them, their smoking fetish content is marginal, to put it kindly,” he said.

SmokeCash is offering webmasters 60 percent revenue sharing and $25 per signup programs. The program itself is based on the NATS back-end software.

Although there are no imminent plans to do so, Smoke Signals has plenty of content to produce more sites since they publish their own magazine and shoot and sell their own movies. However, if they did add to their site roster, there’s no doubt what direction they would take.

“One of the early big-name affiliate programs told me years ago, ‘you have a huge advantage over most of us – you have a specialty that you know inside out. Use it.’ It just took me a long time to believe it,” Smoke said.
