First Amendment attorney H. Louis Sirkin will present and answer questions regarding recent trends in obscenity prosecutions at 6 p.m. Thursday during the Free Speech Coalition (FSC) East Coast membership meeting at the Erotic Expo in New York.
Sirkin’s presentation will be in the upper level Exhibit Hall of Penn Plaza Pavilion, 401 7th Avenue at 33rd Street, New York, 10001-2062.
Sirkin, of Sirkin, Pinales, & Schwartz, LLP in Cincinnati, is perhaps best known for winning the Supreme Court case Ashcroft vs. FSC. Most recently he represented Extreme Associates in U.S. vs. Extreme Associates, which was thrown out of court in February.
Rashaan Hayes, membership development coordinator of FSC, and members of the Board of Directors will meet and greet FSC members and other interested industry Expo participants.
