SinHost has acquired Primeniche, LightningFree.com and GirlsHost.com.
The company said Primeniche was aimed at expanding the Webmaster portfolio of sister affiliate host SinBucks, while LightningFree.com and GirlsHost.com were aimed at expanding both SinHost's own customer base and SinBucks's affiliate advertising base.
"SinHost is looking forward to not only growing the current services but also expects to expand the list of pre-approved TGPs that will accept traffic submitted by the service's clients," said chief executive officer Brad Mitchell announcing the deals. "Through patience and persistence, SinHost aims to grow the property into the most popular and trusted adult freehosting service on the web.
Primeniche will have the nineteen current SinBucks sites available for promotion, Mitchell said, ranging from hardcore fetish to movie sites, with all affiliates able to take advantage of cascading processing and integrated dialer featured on the SinBucks join pages.
"It's been a terrific year for my business and I've grown a lot," Mitchell said. "I'm setting new goals for 2004 and growing my existing business and affiliate programs. And they're entirely within my goal set."
