SinEmpire has sold SinTalk to Eclipse Enterprises and the OmegaCash affiliate program, the latter having provided the SinTalk backend fulfillment since SinTalk was first launched.
According to SinEmpire chief executive officer Brad Mitchell, the deal makes OmegaCash the largest phone sex affiliate program available to adult Webmasters and should create new opportunities for SinTalk resellers, including expanded marketing tools, a referral program paying overrides on affiliate phone sex sales, not to mention monthly payouts taking a week less to process.
Mitchell told AVN.com deciding to sell SinTalk was difficult.
"It has been an overwhelming success as a company and with it I have accomplished a great many personal and professional goals," he said. "Ultimately, I decided to sell because I was presented with the right offer by the best possible buyer at an opportune time. I enjoy working in our industry and if I did not already have other products in our community like SinHost and SinBucks, I would not have sold for any price.
"Knowing that my affiliates would be well taken care of was extremely important to me and with OmegaCash as the buyer I have total confidence they are in good hands," he continued. "I'm really enjoying this sale and everything it has done to benefit me personally in addition to presenting further opportunity to grow the hell out of SinHost, SinBucks and several other new products that I have in the works. I like to be challenged and I am confident that 2004 will be filled with them as I aim to bring more innovation to our industry."

Affiliates will also have the chance to increase income by promoting SinTalk's unique AmateurFlirts, the live online community of phone sex operators which enables a surfer to choose his experience prior to picking up the telephone, SinEmpire said.
