The Sin City Undertow Contest, which offers fans a chance to win a trip for two to Hawaii, comes to a close at midnight on Feb. 1.
Sin City reports there have been just over 100,000 entries.
“The response has really been fantastic,” Sin City publicist Devan Cypher said. “The trailer itself has been hit nearly a half a million times. People love this movie.”
Participants are being asked to answer a series of multiple choice questions found on the site that relate to the free trailer from the movie and then fill out a form to enter to win. Eligible entries will then be entered into a raffle that will be drawn during a screening of the movie by a Sin City contract girl being held on Wednesday in Los Angeles.
The first-prize winner will receive a free trip to Hawaii for two, while the runner-up will receive a trip to Los Angeles to see a Sin City Ultra title being directed. Other prizes include an MP3 player, a year’s worth of Sin City Ultra titles, and a selection of titles from the Sin City library.
The Undertow Web site also features interviews with Sin City contract stars Hannah Harper, Aurora Snow and Shay Sweet, as well as co-stars Shayna Knight and Tory Lane. It also allows for visitors to watch the trailer in a low resolution, fast loading streaming mode or download a high-resolution version.
In addition to the online contest, the Sin City contract girls gave away signed copies of both the movie and the limited edition poster from the booth in Las Vegas during the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo.
Undertow is the story of one man’s fall into the “sordid underworld” of Los Angeles.
Undertow released on Jan. 19 but was available nearly three weeks prior on Video On Demand, a first for an adult title from Sin City.
