Sin City Publicist Devan Cypher Interviewed on CNN

PRESS RELEASE - CNN correspondent K.J. Matthews interviewed publicist Devan Cypher last Friday at the Sin City Entertainment offices for a special report on the adult entertainment industry. The segment airs July 11.

"I think the interview went well," said Cypher. "She was polite, inquisitive, and professional throughout the taping. K.J.'s questions were earnest and not scripted and I was glad to have a chance to talk about the changes inside Sin City and what the company has planned for the future. We are all looking forward to seeing how the final cut turns out."

CNN contacted Cypher after seeing his name in a recent Time magazine article about iPhone porn. The interview focused on the topic of Hollywood production crews moonlighting in porn during worker's strikes, but the conversation broadened to address other aspects of the adult industry.

"They got really interested in all sorts of other things, like, 'Is [the industry] recession-proof?' which they thought it was, but now they're learning it's not," Cypher told AVN. "'What do you think the future of it's going to be? How do the girls get in? Oh, they have agents? I didn't know that.' There's all sorts of stuff that it careened around and became about, and I have no idea what the final cut's going to look like."

Sin City is thrilled with the mainstream media exposure.

"This level of exposure in reputable mainstream outlets is a wonderful opportunity for Sin City," said general manager Barbara Olsen. "With so many great releases coming up the interview was perfect timing for us to promote our brand."
