Sexpo will return for its 10th year May 5-8 at the Perth Convention Exhibition Center.
Sexpo is Australia’s largest adult lifestyle exhibition. The public event involves aspects of health, adult entertainment, sexuality and adult lifestyles. Its aim is to allow adults access to frank and accurate information on all such matters in one location.
Organizers say that while the name of the exhibition is indicative of the flavor of the event, it should not be taken as meaning that it is just a sex exhibition. They say the exhibitor base is continually being broadened and now incorporates companies from a range of fields. They include aviation, wine tasting, marine sports, electronic home entertainment systems, holiday resorts, spa pools, hair and make-up artists and physical fitness equipment.
Sexpo Pty Ltd announced plans to conduct the first New Zealand Sexpo before the end of this year in Auckland.
“It has always been part of our plan to bring Sexpo to New Zealand and we believe there is no better time to make this announcement given the existing spirit of co-operation between our two countries,” said David Ross, Sexpo’s event organizer. “Given attendance figures in Australian cities with similar population to Auckland, we would expect close to 50,000 visitors at the first New Zealand event, with 40 percent of those being female.”
