The Virginia-based production company, Sex Z Pictures, played host to a party last Friday at the Knitting Factory in Hollywood. The party was a celebration by Sex Z for its soon to be released “XXX rock and sex-u-mentary,” The Decline of Western Civilization Part 69: The Porno Years. The title marks Kurt Lockwood’s directorial debut.
Several hundred people filled the spacious club with its labyrinth of rooms; this was evident from the sizable, bottlenecking line, just beyond the red carpet entrance. Sex Z Pictures, and company owner Bo Kenney, were kind enough to pick up admission and drink costs for the entire evening.
As the night went on, Kurt Lockwood played a set with his band Sex City Punks, and the crowd seemed to really enjoy it, as did the dozen dancing girls, on stage. There was also a booty shaking competition that drew some very interesting, and revealing, results, as well as a $1,000 prize. In the end, Francesca walked away with the cash prize.
A bevy of porn movers and shakers, as well as some mainstream stars, made appearances at the soiree. Just a sampling of those in attendance were Gia Jordan, Ashley Blue, Tyra Banxxx, Jessica Jaymes, Michelle Maylene, Courtney Simpson, Sierra Sinn, Nicki Hunter, Rita Faltoyano, Vanessa Lane, Tiffany Rayne, Nadia Styles, Miss Meadow, Avy Lee Roth, Rebecca Steele, Sunny Lane, Lori Lust, Courtney Cummz, Charlotte Stokely, Genesis Skye and Carrie Ann. Nick Carter (Backstreet Boys), CC DeVille (Poison) and actor Corey Feldman stopped by as well.
Kenney summed up his feelings on the celebration by saying, “this was really great. It seemed like everybody was having a great time and I thought the night was spectacular."
