If the walls of the Avalon could talk they'd have a lot to spew. The 1927 structure (originally known as the Hollywood Palace Theater) has played host to countless show biz legends. Groucho Marx's You Bet Your Life broadcast from the Palace, as did Lawrence Welk's TV show, numerous Bob Hope specials (a contradiction in terms?), and the Hollywood Palace Variety Show where in 1965, Dean Martin introduced a new act called the Rolling Stones. Dino's ex-partner Jerry Lewis staged his own ill-fated television show from the theater, but even the nutty, Mongoloidian antics of J-Lew pale in comparison to the action that took place last Friday night, courtesy of Sex Z Pictures and Pornstar.com's Best Damn Porn Party Period, organized by All Media Play and Intoxicate U, and sponsored by Sex Z Pictures, Mallcom and Pornstar.com.
