LOS ANGELES—Severe Sex is set to release A Guide to Erotic Role Play, the latest installment in their Kink School series of instructional DVDs, available exclusively through Exile Distribution.
“When people think of erotic role play, they often think of cheesy clichés like the housewife and the pizza delivery guy,” said company co-owner Jimmy Broadway, who co-directed the DVD with partner Dee Severe. “We wanted to show the viewer that sexual role play is a lot more than that, that it can be intensely erotic and, with a little effort, can bring a new dimension to your sex life.”
A Guide To Erotic Role Play marks Annie Cruz’s first boy/girl scene since her return to performing. A cosplay enthusiast, she joins her real life boyfriend, Steve Rodgers, for an intense superhero scene. “I met Steve at AEE while he was cosplaying as Captain America,” recalled Cruz. “So our first official scene together, ever, recaptures all the raw passion from our first time. I am super excited we got to be part of this film, and I hope everyone can see how hot and real we are together.”
In fact, all the performers in A Guide To Erotic Role Play enjoy their role play scenarios in real life. Lily Cade demonstrates her love of police uniforms and rogue cop role play with award-winning porn and fetish star Penny Pax as an escaped prisoner; Jessica Ryan gets to explore her long-standing interest in clowning; and Kink School regulars Charli Piper and Dominik Kross appear in two classic role play scenarios, the French maid and the naughty school girl.
A Guide To Erotic Role Play features extensive interviews with the featured performers as well as BDSM and role play experts Tim Woodman and Lorelei Mission. “We spend almost an hour discussing role play adventures, how-to suggestions and do's and don't's to ensure that your first role play experience will be a happy one,” noted Severe. “I love it when people open up and explore their wild side, and it’s great to make DVDs to help them on that journey.”
