Scarlett Fay of Playboy TV's 'Badass' Cast in Indie Film

HOLLYWOOD, Calif.—Standard 17 Productions has announced that adult performer Scarlett Fay has been cast in an indie drama tilted High & Outside: A Baseball Noir. Directed by Evald Johnson, the film is based on Johnson's personal experiences as the son of a Major League baseball player turned controversial manager, and tells the story of one man's dream to play professional baseball and the desperate measures he takes to keep that dream alive. Fay, who plays the role of Angie, is perhaps best known as a co-host of Playboy TV's BadAss, Beach House and NAHV, but the performer also played Lindsey Lohan in two movies for Hustler, the Axel Braun-directed Hustler’s Untrue Hollywood Stories: Lindsay Goes to Jail and Hustler’s Untrue Hollywood Stories: Lindsay Lohan.

"As an adult performer my next step has always been to cross over to mainstream film and television," said Fay,. "I am so honored that I have been given this chance with High & Outside."
 
Additional cast members include Geoff Lewis (High Plains Drifter, Every Which Way But Loose), David Yow (The Jesus Lizard, Fully Loaded), Richard Patrick (of the band Filter), and Phil Donlon (Unbroken, Queen of the Lot).
 
A Kickstarter campaign for High & Outside: A Baseball Noir, which has begun principle photography, is currently underway.
