Sadie Sexton Rushed to the Hospital

Samantha Lewis of Digital Playground reports that Sadie Sexton neither made the IA 2000 in Miami nor the East Coast Show. Sexton suffers from congenital heart problems and suffered an attack while dancing in Dallas. Sexton, according to Lewis, collapsed on stage and was rushed to the hospital. Lewis said Sexton's chief concern was that she was going to be fired. "I told her husband, don't worry; don't think about it," Lewis said. "But she's okay. She works her butt off. She's amazing."

Johnni Black who was signing at the GVA booth, has moved to Cincinnati. Black says she's spending a lot of time on the road featuring and just started that phase of her career in April. Black says she's also taken over the running of her website, www.johnnib.com. Her ISP is NetLine.

"We're getting webcams installed in my house," she says. "We're going to have two to start with. We were targeting the 15th of October to get it up, but I think it's going to be more like the first of November. I want it all to come out - my paysite and my free site together."

Black says she wants every thing right this time around, having had some previous problems with another site, www.johnniblack.com. "That site was impossible- there was nothing on it," she relates. "It was somebody who bought the name and they were using it. Then I was at johnni.com. That site is still up. Needless to say, I haven't made that much money on the site. The site's not doing well at all.

"My presence isn't known on the Internet right now," she continues. "That's what I want to do. That's what my goal is in the next couple of months - to have some cyberfans out there. Asia Carrera is my inspiration. She did it all herself, and I think that's the smartest way to do it - forget having the middleman. If my fans want to talk to me, they're going to be able to talk to me through my site."

Black said the Cincinnati move came because her husband got a job there."We're from the midwest, anyway," she says. "I'm from Chicago. He's from the Dayton area. We just decided we didn't want to stay in LA. We never really felt at home there. Something was missing. I just never felt I was going home, ever. I've been back and forth. I've been gone for a month, but I've been back, twice. I'll be popping in and out, but it's pretty cool being on the road, featuring. You get to meet a whole different part of this industry. After doing 350 movies in three years, getting to meet the people that have seen all my movies, is amazing. They drive two to three hours to see you dance. It's cool. It's being appreciated all over again."
