Dixie Johnson claimed the flamboyant basketballer assaulted her sexually in April 1998 by grabbing one of her breasts at the Las Vegas Hilton, according to the Associated Press. The case was one of several lawsuits with which Rodman has been hit in Las Vegas in the past 18 months.

A dismissal motion was signed by Senior U.S. District Judge Lloyd George in late November.

Johnson had sought $300,000 compensatory and $3 million punitive damages, as well as attorney fees and court costs. Court records indicate she claimed her then-employer, Stripper Elite Entertainment, sent her to entertain Rodman at the Hilton.
