SHEEN ORDERED TO TALK

Charlie Sheen \nLOS ANGELES - Charlie Sheen has been ordered to answer questions from the attorney for two porn stars who say his bodyguard beat them up when they tried to visit him at his Malibu home last summer - including questions about whether or not he has had a sexual relationship with either or both.

Superior Court Judge Marilyn Hoffman has ordered the actor to disclose whether he has had sex with Charlise L'Amour (Erin Sieman) and Teri Starr (Christina Lee Stramaglia), and also whether he used any kind of illegal drugs with the two porn stars before the July 26 incident involving bodyguard Curtis (Zippy) Hunt.

However, Sheen does not have to answer whether he had sex with both women at the same time, although their attorney asked.

L'Amour and Starr have sued Sheen for battery, negligence, and emotional distress, and are seeking unspecified compensatory and punitive damages. The two women say they have known Sheen for several years and have been frequent guests of his, although L'Amour claims she stayed overnight at Sheen's home and became "intimate" friends.

She claims Sheen called her saying he wanted to see her, and that she and Starr went to his home and rang a bell at the front gate. With no answer, she claims, she hopped the fence as she'd done before "at (his) suggestion," but Hunt then opened the door to the house and punched her in the face. She also says Starr was assaulted when trying to help her.
