Contrary to what Mike Ross says on the Luke Ford lukeford.com today about not getting publicity from AVN on his lobbying group, Mark Kernes says that he's running an article on Ross' group in the May issue of AVN.
"Ross was aware of it," Kernes says. "He gave me the interview. I don't know if I told him May, but I told him I had to talk to him by a certain time to get it in the next issue. Not only that, but he's [Ross] known for at least two months, where I said to him, 'If you got news you think AVN should print, you get it to me. If I think it's worthy of printing, I'll print it.' Most of the stuff he [Ross] gives is self-serving propaganda but every once in awhile there is a news story."
A source close to the Free Speech Coalition has never heard any discussion on videotape "price fixing" nor any discussion on fixing the costs of adult video shoots which Ross also alludes to.
