Ron Jeremy has been involved in a whirlwind of hobnobbing and promotions tied to mainstream movies for the last month, and appeared in a few of his own.

One of his will be appearing for the last time on the big screen this weekend. There will be two midnight screenings of the short film Being Ron Jeremy, a comedy that spoofs Being John Malkovich, this weekend. Each screening will be followed by a 20-minute question and answer session by Jeremy himself.

Being Ron Jeremy follows the tale of struggling comic Brian Pickles (played by Brian Burke, who also directs the film) who finds a portal into Ron Jeremy’s body. Unfortunately, when Pickles takes over Jeremy’s body he ruins Jeremy’s career as a porn star. Jeremy consults his friend Andy Dick (played by Andy Dick) and sets out to regain control of his body and his career.

The screenings will take place at the Laemmle Sunset 5 located at 8000 Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood.  Tickets will be $6 and are available through the theater’s box office. After that, they will only be available at Being Ron Jeremy.com

And that's after last night's debut of Stunt Cocks, starring Lou Diamond Phillips. The short, shot on 35mm films tales the tale of men trying to get into porn. Jeremy has a prominent role in the project.

Other movies that Jeremy is asscoiated with include the drug deal gone wrong tale of John Holmes. Jeremy went to the premiere of Wonderland with Laurie Holmes. Access Hollywood, Celebrity Justice and various news outlets included Jeremy for stories tied to the release.

The real story takes place after the premiere, at a private party at Chateau Marmount thrown by Wonderland star Val Kilmer, who played John Holmes in the movie.

Sources say that while entertaining the exclusive Hollywood crowd by playing piano alongside Sean Lennon (Jeremy played classical tunes by Bach), Lennon’s girlfriend Bijou Phillips and her gal pal Paris Hilton, approached Jeremy with a special request: they wanted to see his famous schlong.

According to our sources, the ladies cleared out the girls room for privacy and entered a stall with Jeremy. Other guests entered in to the women’s restroom at that time, and reportedly while there was no sex, the audibles from the stall clearly indicated that the trio were playing “show me yours, I’ll show you mine.”

Jeremy was in a few movies of his own this year. He receives a plug in American Pie 3: American Wedding, in a scene where Stifler replies to Finch’s use of a quote by Voltaire by saying, “Suck my dick,” then attributing that invitation Ron Jeremy. The Hedgehog wasn’t sure which movie of his that the line was pulled from, but is pretty confident that he said that at least one time during the course of his career.

“It was great I got tons of phone calls and hits on my Websites because of that. That movie was #1 when it was released, so yeah, I’m glad that I received the plug,” Jeremy told AVN.com, though he refused to shed more light on the lurid details of the bathroom stall he shared with Phillips and Hilton.

He also appears in a non-speaking role in the recent slasher flick Cabin Fever – well, a t-shirt featuring Jeremy appears in the movie. The bad guy in the horror hit wears a Ron Jeremy T-shirt, made by the Porn Star clothing line.

Jeremy also appears in the extras of the DVD Confidence, starring Dustin Hoffman. Jeremy shows up in the deleted scenes as an owner of a bar.

In other Jeremy news, he continues to tour the country with his stand-up comedy act. Last month he played Stop 345, a club in Memphis the week after Sandra Bernhard and the week before Man Show host Doug Stanhope Jeremy drew a larger crowd the Bernhard.

Jeremy’s comedy act is now up to 45-minutes and he often follows his act with a screening of the Ron Jeremy documentary.

Scenester magazine Paper has Venice Abbot in a current issue. Abbot should be well known to veterans of the porn community, as she stayed with Jeremy for quite a while. “Somehow, Ron Jeremy took me in and became my surrogate dad,” she remembers in the article. “I used to do my homework on porn sets.”

Abbot now runs club called Plaid, formerly Spa, in New York and has a degree from NYU in physics.
