Redd Rose Talent Management has recently increased its presence in Porn Valley and has its sights set on becoming a player in the expanding market.
Based in Florida, the owner Rose said she has been visiting the Valley regularly for the past year.
“We’re all female owned and operated,” Rose said. “I pride myself in trying to make sure our agency is different than what I’ve heard of. I care about my girls. I’m more of a mother figure."
Rose has built a roster of about 20 girls, with some 14 currently based in LA.
“I don’t pressure them into anything,” she said. “I used to model, so I know how it feels to be put into a situation like that. I think it’s easier for me to talk to the girls as well. They don’t feel like they’re going to be pimped out or forced to do anything. I sit down with the girls and make sure they feel comfortable doing it.”
She said she wants to keep her agency relatively small.
“I wouldn’t be able to dedicate or devote as much time with each girl, as I like to do,” Rose said. “We’ll be no bigger than 30, and just 15 is keeping me stressed out at the moment. I’m very selective. I won’t take on just anybody.”
Among the girls on Redd Rose’s roster are Courtney Cummz, Delilah Strong, Electra Blue and Alicia Alighatti. Even though she is based in the southeast, Rose said she has worked with girls in Canada, Holland, New York, New Jersey, Texas and Virginia, among other places.
