The starlets of Redd Rose Talent Management will be hosting a birthday party for the agency’s owner, Rose, on Saturday, May 6 at Vanguard in Hollywood.
The party will also be to celebrate the agency’s permanent relocation to the San Fernando Valley from St. Petersburg, Fla., where it started nearly three years ago. The night is being billed as Redd Rose’s Back in Black Ball because of Rose’s affinity for heavy metal and classic rock.
“All my girls will be there,” said Rose, who now represents over 30 adult performers.
Rose, whose actual birthday is May 5, told AVN.com she had lived in LA for 27 years before moving to Florida after a divorce. While there she began modeling herself before she began managing girls.
“When I realized the money was here, I started traveling back and forth, but now I’m here permanently, and I’ll be getting an office shortly and a house,” she said.
Her plans include beefing up the staff with an office manager and more drivers, as well as implementing a training program for new talent that will be spearheaded by performer Delilah Strong.
“Our training session is going to make the girls more comfortable on the set and give them more confidence,” Strong told AVN.com.
Rose indicated that the Vanguard nightclub is split into an upstairs and downstairs section; the upstairs area will be the agency’s private VIP section.
