Reality Junkies from Mile High Media places the hottest adult stars in real-life scenarios, while capturing all the XXX action—and this time its focus is all-American trannys. In American Tranny,director Kevin Moore captures five fun, sexy scenes with the top T-girls in North America. Volume 1 features Jesse, Vanity, Morgan Bailey, Aliana Starr XXX and Madison Montag.
In American Tranny, an all-American trucker picks up Vanity on the side of the road, but he doesn't realize she's the one who will take him for the ride.
