For all you sporting cocks out there, there's a new CD coming out May 16 from Warner Bros. titled "Le Cock Sportif." It's from Brougham, a band that hails from Palo Alto, both the home of Stanford and Silicon Valley. Vivid girl Raylene is featured on the cover.
Vivid p.r. man Brian Gross says photog Chris Cuffaro did the cover. "They chose an amazing photo of Raylene for the cover art," says Gross. "And they're finishing up photos within the album which will be of Raylene and Dascha."
Gross: "Brougham was a band that I worked with when I was Elektra. Their record got moved oveer to Warner Bros. Jason Slater who created the band and produced the record, kept in touch and wanted to see something through. When the time came for the artwork to be done we decided to do a shoot with this great photographer Chris Cuffaro. When time came, they shot downtown in Rudolph Valentino's old room - there were these old, velvet-crushed walls, just this old kind of mystique. We'll see the rest of the artwork very soon. Raylene and Dascha will also have major appearances in the upcoming video which they're shooting."
