Adult mobile services company Radical Tek has released the first in a series of mobile Adult nightlife e-books.
The books can be viewed on PDAs with Mobipocket Reader and feature city-specific guides to such Adult fare as bars, strip clubs, casinos, race courses, dog tracks, and motor speedways. The first cities covered, of 46 planned, are Honolulu, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Bangkok.
“There are many mobile city guides, but they do not cover strip clubs, casinos and other Adult fare. Also, they tend to focus on major metro areas in the U.S.,” Radical Tek CEO Jacques LeDisco told AVNOnline.com.
“From my experience marketing on the Palm Pilot, tourists, not residents – who already know where stuff is – are the best market. Therefore, I focus on tourist and business travel cities.”
The company offers a WAP mobile phone version of the service overseas, but LeDisco felt a different approach would be more successful in the states.
“Since PDAs and not WAP phones dominate the U.S. market, I decided to offer a few cities on the Mobipocket e-book format and track the interest level,” he said.
